Parents’ Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of iSEEK Academy services by parents, guardians, and students.
By enrolling a child, parents agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
iSEEK Academy provides:
- Online after‑school academic support
- Group and optional one‑to‑one sessions
- Structured teaching aligned to UK expectations
3. Enrolment & Attendance
- Enrolment is monthly unless otherwise stated
- Students must attend scheduled sessions
- Repeated absences may affect progress
4. Online Learning Rules
Students must join sessions on time
Cameras should remain ON
Respectful behaviour is mandatory
Disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or removal.
5. Payments
Fees are payable monthly in advance
Payments are non‑refundable once the month begins
Missed classes by students are not refunded
6. Trial Period
A one‑week free trial may be offered
Trial does not guarantee a permanent place
7. Safeguarding & Recordings
- All sessions are recorded for safeguarding
- Recordings are stored securely
- Parents consent to recordings upon enrolment
8. Communication
Communication is via approved academy channels only
Teachers will not communicate privately with students
9. Data Protection
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy & GDPR Policy.
10. Termination of Services
iSEEK Academy reserves the right to terminate services for:
- Non‑payment
- Repeated misconduct
- Safeguarding concerns
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
